Message from the Flood and Coastal Resilience Innovation Programme

Tom de la Rosa
Flood and Coastal Innovation Programme Manager

I’m delighted to see the progress made by Project Groundwater over this past year. The Flood and Coastal Innovation Programmes are working to drive innovation in flood and coastal resilience and adaptation to a changing climate.
Groundwater has long been an overlooked source of flooding, and we are enthusiastic about the development of solutions that aid those at risk and the authorities that support them. Project Groundwater demonstrates our Programme’s dedication to developing cutting-edge solutions that foster resilience, and we are thrilled with their successes to date, in particular the raising of the profile of groundwater flooding nationally through the Project Groundwater Network.
