Description of accessibility of Krakow office
There is one entrance to the building where our office is located, from Marii Konopnickiej Street. The entrance is directly from the pavement level, it is not secured with gates. Behind the entrance straight ahead is the reception where you can receive assistance.
The communication routes in the building are free of barriers both vertically (elevator) and horizontally (no thresholds).
The building has the following amenities:
- wide doors enabling free passage of a wheelchair
- gender-neutral toilets located on each floor fully adapted for disabled people
- 'wellness rooms' - rooms equipped with a couch, an armchair, a blood pressure measuring device and a fridge for nursing mother’s milk storage
For guests, there is an above-ground car park with an entrance from Marii Konopnickiej Street on the right side of the building, which can be booked in advance. For employees, parking spaces are located in the underground car park, the entrance to which is from Barska Street. The entrances are secured with barriers, and both car parks have designated parking spaces for the disabled.
Above the entrances, there are no loudspeakers for audio guidance system for the blind and visually impaired. We do not have an induction loop.
As part of the Sunflowers Lanyard initiative, there is an optional lanyard and tag available that allows staff and visitors to explain what special assistance they may need in an emergency.
Description of the Warsaw office accessibility
The Lumen office building is located at Złota 59 Street in the Śródmieście district of Warsaw, next to the main railway station (PKP Warszawa Centralna).
The building has a single entrance from Emilii Plater Street (opposite the Congress Hall). The entrance, with a revolving door, is directly accessible from the sidewalk and is not secured by gates. Upon entering, the reception desk is located on the left, where assistance is available. Jacobs' office is on the 8th floor.
The building's communication routes are barrier-free, both vertically (an elevator) and horizontally (no thresholds). The building offers the following amenities:
- Wide doors allowing easy wheelchair access
- A large, convenient kitchen without architectural barriers
- Conference rooms adapted for wheelchair users
- Restroom entrances marked with Braille signs and adapted for people with special needs
- A 'wellness room' for relaxation and rest, also serving as a nursing mother's room, equipped with a refrigerator
Guests can use the underground parking located on level -4, accessible via entrances from Emilii Plater Street and Złota Street. The entrances are secured by barriers. The parking provides 4 public parking spaces near the elevator entrances leading to the gallery, designated for people with special needs. Parking spaces must be reserved in advance.
We do not have an audio induction loop. Guide dogs are welcome in the building.
