Understanding the full care continuum enables us to work with you to develop strategies and solutions that are population-focused, and which positively influence equitable health and wellbeing outcomes. The first step is to qualify and quantify demand, capacity, and capability, as a foundation for investment decision making and program management. This offers a higher level of confidence that service configuration, facility planning and design are right-sized for the investment and that clinical and operational benefits can be realised from that investment. At Jacobs we enter a partnership with our clients to co-develop models of care with users, administrators and clinicians. We recognise the importance of establishing trust-based relationships early with key stakeholders – inclusive of all Tāngata Whenua- and work hard to maintain these relationships throughout the entire journey, not just the project.
